Anja Klinkert

Anja works as a collaborative lawyer and mediator with a dedicated skill set focused on guiding and supporting clients to work towards solutions that benefit all.  She has over 20 years of experience, practising as a mediator, collaborative lawyer, and advocate in Ōtepoti / Dunedin. Anja works best as part of a team. That includes her clients, her team at Klinkert Law, Ravi (Staffie) and a number of people that have their place at the particular moment in time.

Anja’s areas of expertise are in Property, including relationship property, conveyancing and business transactions, companies and partnerships, and Relationships, including family parenting, workplace relationships, trust and estate interactions. Anja enjoys and is committed to on-going study and self-improvement, so her skills and area of expertise are always growing.

Anja is LEADR and AMINZ trained, accredited with the Resolution Institute and AMINZ mediator panel member. She is a member of the New Zealand Law Society,  the Family Law and Property Law Sections of the New Zealand Law Society, as well as a member of the Collaborative Resolution New Zealand Incorporated Society and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is tech savvy and has extensive experience in online processes having provided optional online dispute resolution services for many years.
