Kate Wiseman

Kate is an experienced collaborative barrister, mediator and qualified arbitrator who worked in business for 20 years before moving to the law nearly 15 years ago.

She has particular expertise and interest in disputes involving trusts, estates, wills, relationship property, business & shareholder relationships, body corporates, incorporated societies, charitable trusts and general governance issues. She serves on a number of governing bodies and is based at Bankside Chambers in Auckland.
