Gillian Stuart

I have been practising family law for over 40 years and am trained in collaborative resolution, a practice that assists separated couples to achieve a win- win outcome through non- confrontational sessions without having to use the court system. I hail originally from Inverness, Scotland but have been practising family law in New Zealand since 2011. I  work currently in Christchurch but still have many clients in Otago where I was previously based.
