This year is election year and all roles are up for election.

The Annual General Meeting for Collaborative Resolution NZ (formally The Collaborative Law Association of New Zealand Inc) will be held on Wednesday 19 June 2024 at 5.30pm by AVL. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

 

Collaborative Resolution NZ is governed by a committee of 5 to 9 members, with a Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and 2 to 6 ordinary members. These roles are voluntary. Terms are two years and sitting members are eligible for re-election.

 

This year is an election year. All roles are up for election. A number of existing members intend to stand for re-election, but there is plenty of opportunity for new faces around the governance table. 

 

The Chair and Treasurer are elected by the membership. The Secretary is appointed by the committee. 

 

All current, paid up members are encouraged to consider putting themselves forward for nomination to the committee. You are welcome to self-nominate. Any member may nominate any other member. If nominating for Chair and/or Treasurer, please consider also nominating the candidate for general committee membership.

 

Please click on the link below to view and download the nomination form. Please complete or otherwise forward your nominations in writing to admin@collaborativelaw.org.nz by 5pm 5 June 2024. In the event of more nominations being received than there are available positions, an election will take place at the AGM on 19 June 2024.
